I absolutely loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of Hotel Fontanella. The decoration was so charming and reminded me of my own home with its beautiful antique furniture and cozy seating areas. It was like stepping into a time capsule and I felt instantly comfortable. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible and easy to navigate, even for us senior folks. I never had to worry about stairs or long walks to get to my room or the dining area. It was such a relief to feel so well taken care of.

If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for us senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and patient with us. Sometimes, I felt like they were in a rush and didn't have much time for us.

Location was perfect, close to the boulevard and port. The hotel offered a free drink with every stay, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the accommodation was great for the price, with a comfortable room that had two Juliet balconies overlooking a quiet street.

The staff at the hotel seemed disinterested and provided little to no customer service. The room was in poor condition, with broken floorboards and a taped lamp switch.

I recently stayed at Hotel Fontanella in Denia for a few days. The staff, especially George and his wife, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The bar and breakfast facilities were operated by George, and the tapas and food were excellent. The location of the hotel is great, with close proximity to the beaches and a wonderful restaurant area. The room was small but comfortable, and I appreciated the owner allowing me to check out later than usual. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the room and had a comfortable mattress.

Mind-blowing location for exploring, unbelievably friendly staff, super tasty food at adjoining restaurant, jaw-droppingly comfortable beds, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Amazing!

I always come back to this hotel because it has all I need: TV, beach access, AC, no smoking. The staff is helpful, they returned my forgotten earphones. Can't wait to come back for my holiday.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Denia that felt more like staying with friends. The staff went above and beyond to make my 3-year-old son feel special, regularly treating him with little surprises. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable double beds right in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect for exploring and enjoying the nearby beaches and restaurants. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

It is also conveniently close to all amenities and provides easy access to the Barlearic islands. the rooms are well-equipped and the bathroom is clean. the service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The hotel experienced a temporary power outage, which was a town issue and not within the hotel's control.

fontanella was a fantastic place to stay! the location was perfect, right in the old town, close to the port and amenities. the staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like family. they made a fuss over our 3, year, old son, regularly bringing him treats. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable twin beds. we also appreciated the free wifi in the room. one highlight was the venezuelan lady who worked at breakfast and the bar , she was so friendly and helpful, she really saved the day for us!

The lovely village next to the sea offered a wide range of activities for us to enjoy together. We had a blast riding jet skis and exploring the beautiful catamaran routes. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily access all these exciting activities. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We felt like it was our home away from home.

For families, it would be great to have a dedicated children's play area within the hotel premises.
